DADE CITY, FL

Davis William Peets, age 67, died Monday, March 7th in Dade City, Florida, after ongoing health issues.  David was born on December 23, 1948 in Ludington, Michigan.  He graduated from Okemos High School and attended Lansing Community College and Central Michigan University.  David will always be remembered for his outstanding athletic abilities, his caring nature and his infectious smile.  He will be missed by all who knew him.

David is survived by his daughters, Lisa (Kevin) Mathias of Gaylord, Michigan, and Kristin (Daniel) Fletcher of Park City, Utah, grandchildren, Mariah McKinney of Flagstaff, Arizona, Ayrlia Goosman, Hudson Fletcher, and a grandson due to be born n April, his father, Dr. Ronald C. Peets, and siblings, Sandra Bayne, Judy blood, Nita Hughes, Patricia Amato, Mike Neering, Douglas Peets, and Seth (Molly) Peets as well as many nieces and nephews.
