They plan to tour parts of Canada before returning to make their home in East Lansing.  They exchanged wedding vows Saturday morning in the Church of the Resurrection.

The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold V. Hodge of 4591 Nakoma Drive, Okemos, wore a sheath gown designed with a French lace bodice and crepe skirt.  A watteau panel of matching lace swept into a court train.

Her attendants were gowned in floor-length dress of turquoise faille.  They were Mrs. W. James Schill of Haslett, matron of honor, and Misses Kim Kinney and Sara Lee Slider, both of Okemos.  They carried purple asters, intertwined with fresh grapes.

William R. France Jr. served as best man and ushers were Gerry Congleton of Lansing, the bridegroom's brother, and Gregory Charles Hodge of Okemos, the bride's brother.

Flower girl was Julie Ann Olson of Lansing, niece of the bridegroom.

A champagne reception and buffet luncheon at the Albert Pick Motor Hotel followed the ceremony.

Joining the newlyweds in greeting guests were the bride's parents, and Mrs. Clifford France of 109 Custer Ave., the bridegroom's mother, and Paul M. Congleton of Detroit, his father.

Special guests were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hodge of Okemos and St. Petersburg, Fla., Mr. and Mrs. Homer Barnes of Lansing, the bride's grandparents, and Mrs. Rhoda Snyder of Flint, the bridegroom's grandmother.
