Ramona Jeanette "Mona" Gallagher, born 9 February 1949 and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Gallagher, was a 1967 graduate of Okemos High School.  Mona's family moved to Okemos her senior year in high school.  She married Larry Charles Dolbee 21 November 1970 East Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan.

DOLBEE-GALLAGHER

Miss Ramona Jeanette Gallagher became the bride of Larry C. Dolbee Saturday afternoon at St. Thomas Aquinas Church.  The reception was held at the Country House and the couple were honeymooning in Miami Beach, Fla.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James A. Gallagher of 4396 Okemos Road, Okemos.  The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Dolbee of 1227 N. Walnut.

The bride's sister, Mrs. Thomas Davison of Lima, Ohio, was matron of honor.  Miss Melinda Fischer of Pekin, Ill. was attendant.

Donald Miller was best man.  The bridegroom's brother, Jack Dolbee, was groomsman.

The bride's brother, Timothy Gallagher of Okemos, and the bride's cousin, Bernard Larson of Battle Creek, ushered.

The bridegroom's grandmother, Mrs. Amy Barr, and the bride's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Gallagher of Callaway, Minn., were special guests.

The couple will make their home in Lansing.

Died suddenly on July 27 2000.  He was born September 6, 1943.  He is survived by wife, Mona; 2 daughters, Tina Noel (Gary Cliburn) and Rhonda Everrett; 1 granddaughter, Amber Noel; mother, Katherine Dolbee; 1 brother, Jack (Mary) Dolbee; 2 nieces, Wendy Wright and Connie Dolbee; and speical friend, Phyllis Stewart.  there will be no services at this time.

Mona died after a long illness 17 October 2017, Bradenton.

A headstone for Larry (1943-2000) and Mona (1949- --) is in Evergreen Cemetery, Lansing, Ingham County.
