I remember Carl as a neighbor in Tacoma Hills.   Here is a fuller obit.

Carl E. Sundell

Lansing, Michigan

Passed peacefully May 3, 2012, while being cared for by his sisters and the kind loving staff at Hospice House of Mid Michigan.

Carl graced this earth with his gentle spirit and walked lightly amidst much struggle. A creative, loving person Carl loved to walk and was honest and observant of all things around him. He leaves a legacy of hope regardless of one's circumstances. Throughout the years Carl was part of many communities; his family; community mental health and most recently Loretta House. The family would like to express their appreciation to all of you who cared for Carl. He cared for you too!

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Pauline Sundell. Carl is survived by his 2 sisters and brother-in-laws, Nancy Sundell and Bruce Rockey, Karen Sundell and Charles Norlin; nephew, Stuart Sundell-Norlin and niece, Sara Sundell-Norlin.
