Sally Jo, daughter of Kenneth Carston and Marguerite June (Boyack) Henrichsen, was born 1 March 1951 in Mt. Clemens, Macomb County, Michigan.  She was a 1969 graduate of Okemos High School and a 1973 graduate of the University of Miami.  Sally died 31 August 2007 in Michigan and was laid to rest in Rest Haven Memory Gardens, Belding, Ionia County, Michigan.
