Jeffrey Lee "Jeff" Premer, son of Isaac Wayne (1923-1991) and Dixie Lee (Jones) Premer, was born 21 September 1953, Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan.  He graduated in 1972 from Okemos High School. 

Jeff died 6 November 1997, Ingham County and was interred Glendale Cemetery, Okemos.

OKEMOS

Age 44, died Thursday, November 6, 1997, his death resulting from complications due to brain cancer.  He was born in Lansing, September 21, 1953, graduated from Okemos High School, and attended Lansing Community College and Michigan State University, where he was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity.  He was a Building Supervisor for several construction firms, including his brother's company, Premer Builders.  Jeffrey's father, Wayne, died in 1991; his oldest brother, Stephen, in 1992.  He is survived by his children, Jennifer and Matthew, of Tucson, AZ; his mother, Dixie Lee Premer of Okemos; his brothers, Mark and his wife, Lota Carol of Lansing, Michael and his wife, Gail of Chicago, IL, and Gregory and his wife, Melisa of St. Petersburg, FL; aunts, Shirley Ploughman of Grand Ledge and Marjorie Stapleton of Scottsdale, AZ; uncle, Raymond Jones of Wellesley, MA; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Memorial services will be held Monday, November 10, 11 a.m. at All Saints Episcopal Church, 8000 Abbott Rd., East Lansing with the Rev. Caroline Stacey officiating.  Interment will be private.
