"On April 3, 1990, the world lost Holly Tarr in the most shocking manner imaginable. I was not the closest friend to Holly Tarr, but her life and death have had a profound impact on my life. I wrote this song "at around the 30th anniversary of her passing. My friend since Kindergarten and fellow Okemos alum Catherine Chang Manning added fiddle. It was an emotional process. We thought a good way to keep Holly's spirit alive would be to contribute to the Holly Tarr Memorial Scholarship Fund.
