Kirk Stephen Forman

Kirk Stephen Forman, son of Charles L. and Anita (Watson) Forman, was born 5 January 1955 in Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan.  He graduated from Okemos High School in 1973.  Kirk succumbed to a heart attack while on a Rife River canoe trip 25 August 1973 in Arenac County, Michigan.  He was interred Maple Ridge Cemetery, Holt, Ingham County.

Age 20, died Aug. 25, 1975 in Arenac County.  Born Jan. 5, 1955 in Lansing.  Mr. Forman attended Everett High School and graduated from Okemos High School in 1973 and attended LCC and MSU. He was a lifeguard for 6 years at the Red Cedar Hills Swim Club, also worked with the handicapped students and the swimmers at Beekman Center.  He was a counselor on a canoe trip, OAKS Recreation Program.  He is survived by his parents, Charles L. and Anita Forman of Okemos; brother, Greg Forman; sister, Lana Forman both at home; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Forman of Dearborn; Mrs. Ivy Watson of Lansing; aunts and uncles.  Mr. and Mrs. John A. Watson of Lansing, Mr. and Mrs. Dallas Watson of Indiana; Mr. and Mrs. John Dunworth of Dearborn, and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Mitchell of Holt; 13 cousins.  Funeral services will be held Friday 11:30 a.m. at the Gorsline-Runciman East Chapel, East Lansing with Rev. J. Thomas Downs, assistant Minister of St. Paul's Episcopal Church officiating.  Interment in Maple Ridge Cemtery, Holt.
