After graduation, I attended University of Michigan, majoring in architecture and graphics. I transferred to Parsons School of Design in 1965 and moved to New York City where I pursued a 40-year career as a fashion designer. It was a great and fun career involving constant world-wide traveling. In 2006, I married my third husband, Andy, and moved to West Palm Beach, Florida where I attended classes at the Armory Art Center, learning ceramics and glass casting. I am now a sculptor showing my work at Stewart Fine Art in Boca Raton, Florida. The next big show I am soloing will be with Habatat Gallery of Michigan at SOFA (Sculpture Objects & Functional Art) Chicago Nov. 1-4. I feel so fortunate that at this time of my life, I'm still doing exactly what I want.

Though I lost my Okemos High School Yearbook decades ago, I still vividly remember many of my old schoolmates. The most upsetting news was regarding the names of the deceased. Having not been in touch with you, I was quite shocked with that list of familiar names. Old memories were stirred up.
I especially remember my good friend, Linda (Miller), who was my "drinking" buddy in our senior year. We used to sneak into my father's liquor cabinet to consume his Creme de Menthe. We added water to the bottle each time to keep the level up. Amazing how much water you can add without diluting that disgusting bright green color. As it turned out, Linda got so sick she has not been able to touch the stuff since, and I later found out I was allergic to alcohol....but we were too young to know.

How about Dave Whitmore's '56 blue chevy? Very cool.

I still have fond memories of Barney, Sally Burkley, Kathy Hargis, Booba and many more.
