Beatrice C. Hall, daughter of Clare Albert (1896-1976) and Blanch L. (Miller) (1894-1982) Hall, was born 31 August 1921 Michigan.  She graduated in 1939 from Okemos High School and married Charles E. Blowers 29 June 1940 in Williams County, Ohio.

Beatrice died 23 May 1984 Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan.  Charles, born 10 July 1919 Michigan, died 31 March 1993 Lansing.

Lansing

Age 62, died May 23, 1984.   Born Aug. 31, 1921 in Owosso.  Mrs. Blowers was a resident of Lansing all of her life.  Surviving are her husband, Charles E.; 2 daughters, Mrs. Phil (Lorraine) Milligan of St. Clare Shores and Mrs. Elwin (Sharon) Rick of Grand Rapids; 2 sons, Michael C. and Robert C. both of Lansing; 7 grandchildren; 1 sister, Bernice Grant of Lansing.  Funeral services will be held Sat., 1 p.m. at the Gorsline-Runciman Lansing Chapel with the Rev. Donald K. Dewey, Associate Pastor of South Baptist Church officiating.  Interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.

BLOWERS, CHARLES E.

Born July 10, 1919 in Lansing; died March 31 1993 at the age of 73.  A veteran of World War II, having served with the U.S. Army; Mr. Blowers retired from Motor Wheel in 1981 and was an avid local golfer.  Preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice (1984); surviving are 2 daughters, Lorraine (Phil) Milligan of Detroit, Sharon (Al) of Kalamazoo; 2 sons, Robert (Sharon) and Michael (Sue) Blowers, both of Lansing; 7 grandchildren, Susan and Brian Milligan, Matthew and Jennifer Rick, Robert, Josh and Courtney Blowers; 1 sister, Evelyn Wygant.  Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 3, 11:30 a.m. in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
