Norma Jean Fritz, daughter of Francis Marion (1889-1941) and Fern Mary (Warden) (1890-1978) Fritz, was born 17 May 1925, Clinton County, Michigan.  She graduated in 1945 from Okemos High School.

Norma married Robert Allan Osborne on 9 September 1948, Steuben County, Indiana.  Robert was a 1944 graduate of Okemos High and a World War II Navy veteran. 

Norma and Robert raised two sons.  Norma died 7 May 1980, Lansing, Ingham County.  Robert, born 8 July 1924, died 11 March 2010.  Norma and Robert were interred Leek Cemetery, Okemos, Ingham County.

Glen Pettigrove officiating from the West Locke Wesleyan Church.  Interment in Leek Cemetery, Okemos.
