Michael Alexander Largent

Michael Alexander Largent, son of Wallace Alvin "Wally" (1916-1991) and Bernadine Edith "Bernie" (Deyarmond) (1919-1992) Largent, was born 10 March 1941, Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan.  He graduated in 1960 from Okemos High School.  Michael was a US Air Force Veteran, 1960-1964.

Michael died 29 January 1988, Haslett, Ingham County.  He was interred Glendale Cemetery, Okemos.

Age 46, died January 29, 1988.  Born March 10, 1941 in Okemos, Mr. Largent graduated from Okemos High School in 1960 and served with the United States Air Force from 1960 until 1964.  He was employed at Michigan State University for 18 years and worked at the Munn Ice Area for 14 years.  He was a member of Faith Wesleyan Church and president of the Brothers of the Highway.  He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; 5 daughters, Carol (Jury) Babcock and husband Gregory of Haslett, Christine (Jury) Walkinshaw and husband, Ronald of Minnesota, Teri (Largent) Taylor and husband, Scott of Lansing, Kim Largent of South Carolina, Karen Largent of Maryland; 2 sons, Jim Jury and wife, Christine of Detroit, Allen Largent of Maryland; 3 grandchildren, Nicholas and Ashley Babcock of Haslett, Lance Taylor of Lansing; parents, Wally and Bernie Largent of Okemos; 2 brothers, Jerry of Lansing, Richard of Wayland; 2 sisters, Darlene Komm of Mason, Charlene Bailey of DeWitt; wife's parents, Robert and Betty Gordon of East Lansing.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 11 a.m. at the Faith Wesleyan Church, 2300 Lake Lansing Road, Lansing with the Rev. Kenneth Boschee, Pastor, officiating.  Interment will be in Glendale Cemetery.
