William Allen "Bill" Ashley, son of Jeffrey "Jeff" and Laura Ashley, was born 2 November 1969, Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan.  Bill's father Jeff was a 1965 graduate of Okemos High School.  Bill graduated in 1987 from OHS.

Age 25, passed away on October 8, 11995.  He was born on November 2, 1969 in Lansing and has been a lifelong resident of the area.  He was a graduate of Okemos High School; currently employed at Hudson's in the Meridian Mall; and enjoyed music and playing the base guitar.  Surviving are father, Jeffery Ashley of Okemos; mother, Laura (Robert) Norris of Olympia, WA; 4 aunts, Christine and her husband, Bob McClean of Montague, MI, Lynn Hayes of East Lansing, Lettie of Redmond, WA, Lenore of Miami; uncle, Paul and his wife, Diana Ashley of Holt; grandparents, Liticia and Manoulo Garcia of Miami; half-sister, Rachael Norris; many cousins, to include special cousin, Jeffry Hayes.  Religious services will be conducted by the Rev. Fr. George C. Michalek at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 11, 1995 at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel, with interment in Glendale Cemetery.
