Elizabeth Jane "Liza" Oberg, daughter of Dr. Winston Roger (1919-1997) and Pansy Jane (Sherrill) (1932-2003) Oberg, was born 29 April 1965, Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan.  She graduated from Okemos High School in 1983.

Liza died 30 July 2000 in Michigan.  She was interred Hillside Cemetery, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota.  Her headstone is beautifully engraved with Job 13:15, "Though He Slay me, Yet Will I Hope In Him."

Liza's father and mother rest in the Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, Hennepin County.
