Attended Lansing Community College-received three associate degrees
Criminal Justice, Business, Geography. Went on to Western Michigan University, obtained my Bachelor of Science Degree. Attended Mich. State Police Academy, worked for Ingham County Sheriff Dept. Went on to become Chief of Police for Lansing Township, where I retired after 31 years. Attended the National FBI Academy in 1980. Was married and had one son, divorced after 6 years, remarried my current wife (Trish) in 2015. Retired in Aug 1999, two weeks later started work for the UN was sent to Kosovo Serbia, where I spent five years training police Officers there. Traveled to 41 countries including 9 African Countries.
