Katherine L. "Kathy" Copps, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Stephen Copps, was born 17 March 1957, Colorado.  She graduated in 1975 from Okemos High School and honorably served her country in the US Navy.  Kathy died 9 October 2000, LaCrosse County, Wisconsin.
