Pam, born 4 July 1945,  married John Thomas Dziewaitkowski in 1968.  She died 2 August 2010 in Michigan.  Note that Pam's married surname was found spelled several different ways.  "Dziewaitkowski" was from her wedding announcement in the Lansing State Journal and from Social Security.  Note Lansing State Journal's obituary spelling is slightly different.

Dziewiatkowski, Pamela "Pam," 65, of Portland, formerly of Eaton Rapids, Lansing School District cosmetology teacher, died Friday.  Memorial services 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Peter Catholic Church, Easton Rapids.  Arrangements by Skinner Funeral Home, Easton Rapids.
