William Carl "Bill" McCloud, son of William M. (1909-1994) and Dorothy Helen (Johnson) (1911-1965) McCloud, was born 8 March 1945 in Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan.  He graduated from Okemos High School in 1963.  Bill was selected for "Teen Salute" in the Sunday 21 April 1963 Lansing State Journal newspaper.  His noted high school activities included guard on the varsity football team for 2 years, Chairman of homecoming activities and member of Senior Seminar.

Bill died 22 February 2006 in Jackson, Teton County, Wyoming.
