Betty Jean Durst, daughter of Peter Glenn and Lydia M. (Jones) Benedict, was born 25 April 1927. She married Jerry Richard Durst 1 January 1947 in East Lansing, Michigan. Jerry, a World War II veteran, was born 30 June 1912 and died 12 June 1984 in Palm Beach, County, Florida. Betty, as of 2016, was still living in Florida.
