Robert Stanton Webb, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl R. Webb, was born 29 December 1948 in Akron, Summit County, Ohio.  He graduated in 1967 from Okemos High School and was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War.  Robert died in an accident 31 March 1978 Leon County, Florida and was interred Evergreen Cemetery, Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan.

Age 29, died Mar. 31, 1978 in an accident while vacationing in Florida.  He was born Dec. 29, 1948 at Akron, Ohio.  He graduated from Okemos High School and attended Michigan State University.  Mr. Webb was a veteran of the Vietnam War.  Surviving are his parents; Mr. & Mrs. Carol R. Webb, Okemos.  A brother, Dennis Carl Webb, San Diego.  A sister, Mrs. James (Rebecca S.) Weid, Pleasant Lake, MI.  Grandparents; Mr. & Mrs. Robert S. Webb, Akron, Ohio and Mr. & Mrs. Merle J. Snyder, Phoenix, Arizona.  Funeral services will be held Wed. at 1 p.m. at the Gorsline-Runciman East Chapel, East Lansing with Dr. John E. Cermak, of Okemos Community Church officiating.  Interment at Evergreen Cemetery.
