Margaret Kelley (Eno) - Class Of 1932

Margaret Elizabeth Kelley, daughter of Dr. Louis Lorenzo (1848-1935) and Ida May (Bradbeer) (1878-1954) Kelley, was born 6 April 1914 Farwell, Clare County, Michigan.  Margaret, an accomplished piano and organ player, graduated from Okemos High School in 1932.  She wed Curtis D. Eno 12 June 1951 in Okemos Baptist Church, Okemos, Ingham County, Michigan.

CURTIS D. ENO

Perry, March 12, - Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the LaRowe funeral home here for Curtis D. Eno, 40, who died Wednesday in a Lansing Hospital.  A Perry resident most of his life, he and his wife, Margaret, lived at 2227 Hamilton rd., Okemos.  He was employed by the state department of administration.  Other survivors include the mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Eno of Perry, and a brother, Clare of Allendale.

Margaret and Curtis had no children.  Margaret was employed by the State of Michigan for nearly 30 years. She died 27 June 2007 Lansing, Ingham County.  Curtis and Margaret were interred Roselawn Cemetery, Perry, Shiawassee County, Michigan.    Curtis' tombstone is engraved with Hebrews 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith.  Margaret's stone is engraved with Psalm 84:12 Blessed is the man who trusts in Thee.

MARGARET E. ENO

LANSING, MI

Margaret was born on April 7, 1914 to Dr. Louis L. Kelley and Ida M. Kelley (Bradbeer).  She went to a better life on June 27, 2007.  Margaret derived great pleasure from playing the piano and organ for various churches and in later years for the East Lansing Older Peoples Program.  Her faith was an important part of her life including associations with Maranatha Baptist Church and South Church.  She also enjoyed many trips and some winters in Texas.  She worked for the state of Michigan for 29 years before retiring in 1982.  Margaret was preceded in death by her husband Curtis Eno, and sister Ethel Wilkins.  Surviving are brother-in-law, Rex Wilkins; nephews and nieces, Rosalie (Harry) Kelly, Kim (Mary Jean) Wilkins, Keith (Ingrid) Wilkins, Mary Clausen, Timothy, Allison, Tom and Tracy Eno; and cousin Margaret Keesler.  The Memorial Services will be conducted by the Rev. Glenn Ray, Pastor at Maranatha Baptist Church 2300 N. Waverly Rd., Lansing.  Private family graveside services will be held later at Roselawn Cemetery in Perry.
