Mrs. Hugh S. Hemmems, sister of the bride, was matron of honor.  Her dress of pink marquisette was fashioned with cap sleeves and a bustle back.  Her large hat and long gloves matched the dress and she carried a colonial bouquet of pink sweet peas centered with yellow rosebuds.  Bridesmaids Miss Jean DeLau, Mrs. Richard Adset, sisters of the bride, and Miss Lois Kart, sister of the bridegroom, wore gowns of aqua, yellow and blue.  Made of scroll pattern net, the gowns had cap sleeves, keyhole necklines and full net skirts.  The attendants wore large hats and long gloves to match their dresses and carried colonial bouquets of sweet peas centered with rosebuds.
