Alan B. Cudworth, son of Asa B. (1911-1986) and Barbara (Hodson) (1912-1989) Cudworth, was born 13 June 1935, Ingham County, Michigan.  Alan graduated Salutatorian from Okemos High School in 1953 and went on to graduate with a BA degree from Michigan State University in 1957.  Alan was drafted into the US Army and served his county for two years.

On 21 December 1963 in Petoskey, Michigan, Alan wed Miss Joyce Ann Schmalzried.  The couple had 2 children while Alan pursued a career within the Michigan State Health Department.  He retired from there in 1997.

Alan passed away 20 March 2025. The Livingston Cremation and Funeral Care of Howell was in charge of his memorial.
