Life has been good to me. I think I have fulfilled most of my childhood dreams (I only wanted
to be a beach bum!).
As most of you know, I went to Ferris where I met my wonderful husband Ron. We lived in Warren, MI, Irwin, PA, Holt, Ml, Okemos, and finally Haslett. We spend weekends on our boat in Grand Haven and winters in North Palm Beach, FL. We have one daughter, Katheryn (Kathy), son-in-law, Scott, and two beautiful grandchildren, Morgan and Kyle.

In spite of our Okemos neighbors' insults about Haslett, we moved when our daughter graduated from Okemos High School so I could water ski and enjoy the lake. We worked most weekends so we were unable to go to my parents' cottage in Gaylord often enough. I am my husband Ron's assistant in the real estate appraisal business.

Thank goodness for the OHS typing teacher, Mrs. Moore, and her business classes! I enjoyed friends and teachers at OHS. I remember Karen Cheney's horse and riding the bus with Sharon Brown and Marilyn Stratton, building a fort with Cheryl French, singing with Rose Ann Peterson and Susie Curtis. Can't believe it has been 50 years already. Really looking forward to seeing you all at the reunion.
