Thomas William "Tom" Skinner, son of William J. Skinner, was born 27 October 1957 in Cadillac, Wexford County, Michigan.  He graduated from Okemos High School in 1975.  Tom died 13 September 1978 in Ingham County, Michigan.

Age 20, died Sept. 13, 1978.  Born Oct. 27, 1957 in Cadillac, MI.  Mr. Skinner graduated from Okemos High School in 1975 and was a student at Lyman Briggs College at Michigan State University.  He was a member of the Michigan Dulcimer Club.  He is survived by his parents Mr. & Mrs. William J. Skinner of Okemos, Ms. Julie L. Skinner of Okemos, Grandparents; Mrs. Leona Dillon of Cadillac, and Mr. & Mrs. Daniel Czyzewski of Clare.  Memorial services will be held Fri. at 2:30 p.m. at the Christ United Methodist Church with the Rev. Thomas Weber officiating.  The family will receive friends Thurs. evening 7-9 p.m. at the Gorsline-Runciman East Chapel, East Lansing.
