Dawn Marie Beaudette, daughter of Dennis Gerald (1932-1995) and Donna Deanna (Pagel) (1938-2002) Beaudette, was born 13 February 1959, Michigan City, LaPorte County, Indiana. She graduated in 1977 from Okemos High School.
Dawn died 6 December 2017, place of inurnment unknown.

WAKEFIELD, Mich. - Dawn Marie Beaudette Erickson, 58, of Wakefield, went home to Heaven on Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 6, 2017, following a courageous fight with multiple myeloma.
Dawn was born on Feb. 13, 1959, in Michigan City, Ind., a daughter of Dennis Gerald and Donna Deanna (Pagel) Beaudette. She attended West Iron County School, Hartland School and graduated from Okemos High School in 1977. Dawn continued her education at Gogebic Community College.
True to Dawn's loving and kind personality, she worked at the Gogebic Medical Care Facility, The Apothecary until its closure, Nu Star Home Health until its closure, The Medicine Shop, Aspirus Grand View and the state of Michigan Department of Corrections.
Dawn spent many happy hours knitting and doing numerous other crafts. She absolutely adored animals and cherished her two dogs, Lilly and Tucker.
Throughout Dawn's life, she had many friends who appreciated her sense of humor and compassionate nature. Without any hesitation, she would help a friend in need.
Dawn is survived by a son, Jeremy (Tami) Walls, Sturgeon Bay, Wis .; a daughter, Aimee (Jayson) Oberst, Ironwood; a grandson, Nolan Walls; a brother, Dennis (Sue) and their children; a sister, Denise (Jon) Bentley and their children and grandchildren; a stepbrother, Steve DeCloux; two stepsisters, Dana (Dale) Galka and their children and Kim (Ron) Wanink and their children; and her aunt and uncle, Jean and Tom Eckert, and their children. She was married to Paul R. Erickson, of Bessemer.
She was predeceased by her parents; her grandparents, Gerald and Esther Beaudette, Norman and Scottie Pagel and Reva Pagel; a brother, Danny; her stepmother, Deanna Beaudette Lane; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family would like to express their appreciation to her dear friends, Carol and Tiger Paynter, Julie Nordine and Lori Kirk, and all her friends who made her life rich in love and memories. Special acknowledgements are given to the caring staff at Aspirus Ironwood Hospital and the oncology department for their exceptional care and support.
In accordance with Dawn's wishes, cremation will take place.
A celebration of her life will be held in the summer of 2018.
