Richard "Ric" Donald Sindon class of 1977

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Donald Sindon of Sarasota, Florida, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on October 17, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Richard leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Richard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

"I’m sharing the sad news that Richard “Ric” Sindon passed away on October 17, 2025. Ric has lived in Sarasota, Florida for many years. He was born on June 12, 1959 in Detroit, and graduated from OHS with the class of 1977. Ric was the lead singer in the rock band, Oblivion (with other OHS classmates) that played at many high school dances. He was a terrific singer and was in the concert choir and school musicals."

Ric worked as Project Manager at LEI Construction in  Sarasota, Florida. Additional information will be added as receieved.
