Kenneth A. Weller class of 1978
Kenneth Andrew Weller, 57, passed away unexpectedly on March 24, 2017 at his home in Lafayette, Indiana.
Ken was born February 11, 1960 in Amiens, France. He received his BA from Michigan State University and later, his JD from Indiana University in Bloomington. Professionally, Ken worked as the executive director for the Legal Aid Corporation of Tippecanoe County for over 30 years. He was active with several area organizations, including the Monon Railroad Historical Society. In addition, Ken volunteered his time and efforts to Tippecanoe County organizations, including the Citizens Band of Lafayette.
Ken enjoyed reading, model railroading, and ragtime jazz. He dearly loved his five cats and will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara "Bobbie" Weller of Sarasota, Florida; sister, Kathryn Weller of Okemos, Michigan; brother, Steven Weller of Sarasota, Florida; and a close circle of friends.
Ken is preceded in death by his father, Edward John Weller.
