Connie M. Clarke, daughter of Milton William and Lee Ann Clarke, was born 23 January 1962, Bay City, Bay County, Michigan. She graduated in 1981 from Okemos High School in special education. Connie died after a short illness 3 May 1995, Ingham County, Michigan. She was interred Summit Cemetery, Williamston, Ingham County.

Born January 23, 1962 in Bay City; died May 3, 1995 at the age of 33. Miss Clare died unexpectedly and will be deeply missed for all the care and unselfish love she brought to the family. She was a graduate of Okemos High School. Surviving are her parents, Milton William and Lee Ann of Williamston; 2 brothers, William (Dorrie) of Eaton Rapids and Patrick of Williamston; 3 sisters, Laurie (Thomas) Oxender of Haslett, Linda (Michael) Bosma and Jennifer Clarke, both of Williamston; grandmother, Henrietta Linkowski of Bay City; several nieces and nephews, Natasha, Kayla, Dylan, Taylor Oxender, Joshua, Jordan and Chelsea Bosma and Joseph Clarke. the Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, May 6, 1 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 157 High Street, Williamston, with the Rev. Dan McKean, Pastor officiating. Interment will follow in Summit Cemetery.

Due to an injury at birth, Connie had learning disabilities and graduated from Okemos High School in special education. Although she experienced the usual rejections familiar to people with disabilities, Connie was, by all accounts, a gentle, helpful girl who carried those traits into womanhood.
