Moskal, Timothy J. class of 1984

Saline, MI

Born January 21, 1966, in Lansing; died unexpectedly on his way to visit his ailing father, whom he preceded in death by only three days on June 10, 2005 at the age of 39.

Timothy was an outstanding swimmer during his high school career. He graduated from M.S.U. with a Criminal Justice Degree and was employed as a Corrections Officer in Huron Valley.

Timothy was preceded in death by his brother, Mark Joseph Moskal. Surviving are his mother, Nona; two brothers, Randall Paul Moskal of Lansing, MI, and Daniel Theodore Moskal of Chicago, IL; and two sisters, Karen Lynn Moskal of Athens, GA, and Cynthia Helen Moskal of Lansing, MI.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 18, at 10 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 955 Alton Rd., East Lansing. The Rite of Committal will be held in Glendale Cemetery, Okemos.

The family will receive friends at the Gorsline-Runciman Co. East Chapel, 1730 E. Grand River Ave., East Lansing, on Friday from 3-4 and 6-8 p.m. with the Rosary being prayed at 7 p.m. The family will also receive friends on Saturday at the Church 1 hour prior to service.
