Lisa Carol Dannemann class of 1990, age 41 of Okemos, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on January 19, 2014.

She was a graduate of Okemos High School and attended Western Michigan University. While residing in Atlanta, she was employed in the human resources field. After returning to Michigan she worked in the food industry while doing volunteer work at local churches and charities.

Lisa is survived by her parents, Carol and Fred Dannemann, sister Jennifer (Matt) Ferency, nephew Alex and nieces McKenna and Xia Ferency. We will always miss Lisa's beautiful smile, wonderful sense of humor and kind heart.

A memorial service will be held at 12:30 Saturday, January 25 at The Presbyterian Church of Okemos at 2258 Bennett Road in Okemos. The Rev. Dr. Robert Carlson, Jr. will officiate. There will be a reception for family and friends immediately following the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ele's Place 1145 W. Oakland, Lansing, MI 48915, The Volunteers of America 3800 West Saginaw, Lansing, MI or a charity of the donor's choice.
