Pamela K. Best, daughter of Albert C. (1917-1984) and Marian Lucille (Collingham) (1926-2014) Best, was born 8 April 1947 in Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan.  Pam attended Okemos High School and was part of the Class of 1966.  She married thrice: Leonard, Ouderkirk and Nowlin.  Pamela K. Nowlin, wife of Richard Nowlin, died 1 January 1998 in Marion County, Florida.
