Charlotte Norma Fern Davis, daughter of Roy Edward (1897-1987) and Fern Knickerbocker (1896-1959) Davis, was born 16 November 1923 Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan.  She graduated from Okemos High School in 1942.  Charlotte married World War II Army veteran Louis Francis Finnis 1 February 1947.  They divorced.  Louis, born 1922, died in 2001.  Charlotte married Raymond V. Seely.  Raymond, born 28 February 1923 Hebron, Porter County, Indiana, died 31 March 1999 Jackson County, Oregon.  Raymond was a World War II and Korean Navy veteran. Charlotte died 28 November 2000 in Michigan.

Charlotte and Raymond were interred Memory Gardens Memorial Park, Medford, Jackson County, Oregon.
