Reginia Mary "Ginny" Harris, daughter of Enos Harris (1873-1953) and Mabel (Dietz) (1891-1962) Harris, was born 12 February 1923 Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan. She graduated in 1941 from Okemos High School. Ginny married, 6 April 1946 Okemos, Ingham County, William Howard "Bill" Jeter.
Bill, born 15 June 1921 Clifton, Wayne County, Tennessee, enlisted in the US Army 7 October 1942. He was honorably discharged from military service with the rank of Staff Sergeant 31 December 1945.
Bill and Ginny lived in the Detroit area for many years. They moved back to where Bill's roots grew, Clifton, Tennessee, in 1980. Bill died 21 June 2002. Ginny died 22 February 2015.

REGINIA (GINNY) JETER was born in Lansing, Michigan on February 12, 1923 the daughter of the late Enos and Mabel E. Dietz Harris.
On April 6, 1946 she was united in marriage to William H. Jeter, who preceded his wife in death on June 21, 2002.
Mrs. Jeter was a homemaker. She was a resident of Detroit, Michigan for 40 years before moving to Clifton, Tennessee in 1980. Mrs. Jeter was a member of First Baptist Church of Detroit and also in Clifton. Mrs. Jeter enjoyed golfing, playing Gin Rummy, hummingbirds and flowers inside and outside. She enjoyed baking for Senior Citizens and cooking for family and friends. Mrs. Jeter was sweet and loving to everyone and she was a big hugger.
She departed this life on February 22, 2015 in Clifton, Tennessee at the age of 92 years and 10 days.
Mrs. Jeter is survived by her children, Barb McGuire and her husband Frank of Howell, Michigan, Kay Stevenson and her husband Michael of North Hills, California, Dave Jeter and his wife Georjean of Dearborn, Michigan and Tom Jeter and his wife Debbie of St. Clair Shores, Michigan, six grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by one grandchild, Brian McGuire and one great grandchild, Kaylin Brown.
