E. Arneal Holloway, daughter of Leonard (1890-1963) and Lena (Whitehead) (1891-1984) Holloway, was born March 1922 Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan. She graduated in 1939 from Okemos High School. Arneal married Hazen Charles Kart 30 October 1929 Lansing. Hazen was a 1939 OHS classmate.
After World War II, in which Hazen served in the US Army, Arneal and family moved to Florida. She and Hazen had 2 sons, Ronald and Thomas. Hazen died in 1998 and son Thomas died in 2012. As of 2017 Arneal was living in Orange Park, Clay County, Florida.
