Age 56; passed away Monday, August 21, 2000 after a courageous battle with cancer.  She was born November 5, 1943 in Los Angeles, CA, the daughter of Buford and Leta (Davis) Stefflre.  Sarah had worked for 28 years in the Lansing School District as a teacher and counselor.  She is survived by her mother, Leta Stefflre; husband, Harold Grange Bell; son, Charles Cary Brown, and 4 step-children, Nancy (Dale) Smith, Grange Bell, Leslie (Ron) Hodges and John Bell;  8 step-grand children and 1 step-great grandchild.  A celebration of her life will be announced at a later date.
