Kenneth Carl Willoughby, son of Dale Vaughn (1895-1963) and Bertha Elizabeth (Elliott) Willoughby, was born 27 February 1928 Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan.  He graduated in 1943 from Okemos High School and attended Michigan State College.  Kenneth registered for the World War II draft in Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma.  He was described as 5'4" tall, weighing 128 pounds with hazel eyes, brown hair and a ruddy complexion.

Kenneth died 1 May 2007 Macomb County, Michigan.
