Paul Maynard Ashley, son of Paul E. (1914-1976) and Marie (Martin) (1921-1969) Ashley, was born 15 November 1942, Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan.  He graduated in 1960 from Okemos High School.

Paul died 12 February 1999, Michigan.

Age 56, passed away on February 12, 1999.  He was born November 15, 1942 in Lansing and had been a resident of the Lansing area all his life.  Mr. Ashley had been employed at Auto Air composites for nearly 20 years, and was an avid NASCAR Fan.  He was a member and a 3-year trustee of the Mason/Holt #3734 F.O. Eagles and had been active in fundraising for numerous charities.  Surviving are wife, Diana; 3 children, Brian Ashley of Winter Haven, FL, Pandora (Tom) Clark of Livonia, Daniel (Nancy) Ashley of Dansville; 2 step-sons, Mark and Jason Keaton of Lansing; 10 grandchildren; brother, Jeff Ashley of Okemos; sisters, Christine (Robert) McClean of DeWitt and Lynn Hayes of East Lansing; mother-in-law, Dorothy Rundquist.  Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. Fr. George C. Michalek of St. Mary Cathedral at 4 p.m. Tuesday, February 16, 1999 at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel.
