Beatrice Lorna Young, daughter of Carlton Mosley (1888-1984) and Jennie Mabel (Smith) (1890-1970) Young, was born 25 October 1917, Ingham County, Michigan. She graduated in 1935 from Okemos High School in the same class with her brother, Gladwin Doyle Young.
Beatrice married Philip Dale Maboll, 28 March 1942, Genesee County, Michigan. Philip was in the US Army during World War II, 1943-1947. After the war he attended and graduated from University of Michigan where he attained his pharmaceutical degree. The Michigan Alumnus, Vol. 62, Page 440; "Philip D. Maboll, '51, has served as Chief Pharmacist at Strong Memorial Hospital, University of Rochester Medical Center, since March 1. He was previously Chief Pharmacist at Reading Hospital. Maboll is married and has three children."

NEW CHIEF PHARMACIST APPOINTED AT STRONG
Appointment of Philip D. Maboll as chief pharmacist at Stong Memorial Hospital was announced yesterday. Maboll, chief pharmacist at Reading (Pa.) Hospital the last three years, will assume his duties here today. He succeeds Clifton J. Latiolais, chief pharmacist since 1954, who is leaving to become project director of the Professional and Administrative Audit of the Pharmaceutical Services in Hospitals, with headquarters in Ann Arbor.
Bernice and Philip were divorced. The Rochester, New York Daily Record newspaper, dated 1971, listed property of Philip D. Maboll and wife sold to Bernice Maboll. Beatrice was also on the roll of the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York, as receiving a Master of Arts degree 5 June 1966.
Beatrice married a man named Andersen but was recorded as divorced on her 13 December 1991 Cabarrus County, North Carolina death certificate. She resumed her former married name of Maboll and was interred as Bernice Maboll in Center United Methodist Cemetery, Concord, Cabarrus County.
Philip Maboll retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force. He was born 14 June 1918 and died 24 February 2002. He was also interred Center United Methodist Cemetery, Concord.
