Katie Anne Kelly class of 1999, age 41, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 27, 2021.  She was born March 23, 1980, in Lansing, MI to Kevin and Cindy (Tishrock) Kelly.  Katie graduated from Okemos High School with the class of 1999.  She attended Western Michigan University and later Douglas J Cosmetology School in East Lansing.  Katie then moved to the Grand Rapids area where she had and raised her son, Liam who was the pride and joy of her life.

Survivors include her son, Liam Henrickson; mother, Cindy (Steven Southworth) Kelly; father, Kevin (Dr. Anne) Kelly; siblings, Brendan (Guanzi Shen) Kelly, Ryan (Gecilia) Kelly, and Meghan Kelly; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Roger and Jane Tishrock; paternal grandparents, Howard and Barbara Kelly; and great-grandmother, Phyllis Tishrock.
