Daniel Martin Glickman class of 1995, Los Angeles, Formerly of Lansing, MI and Grand Rapids, Ml Born April 5, 1977. Having lived a life rich and full with music, poetry, close friends, cooking and family, Daniel died suddenly in his home in Los Angeles on September 20, 2005. He was 28. Daniel's warmth and creative talent his special gift.
He was a graduate of Okemos High School and continued his studies at SUNY Potsdam. He grew up in Congregation Kehillat Israel, where he was, and is loved by the whole community. Daniel is survived by his parents; his loving brother and sister-in-law; nephew -with whom he shared a special bond; niece; by many aunts, uncles and cousins; and grandmother, Molly Berlin. He was predeceased by grandparents, Jack Berlin, Alfred and Margery Glickman.
Recently, Daniel has maintained a close tie with Beit Tshuvah, a Jewish spiritual recovery center in LA, where he made an important impact through his music, singing and poetry.
Funeral services 11:00 a.m. Sunday, September 25, 2005 at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel with interment in Evergreen Cemetery.
