Dennis Alan Hart class of 1967, of Ada Michigan, died February 28, 2025 of congestive heart failure, following a brief hospital stay in Grand Rapids, MI.
Born May 22, 1949, he was son of Gilbert B. Hart (1923-2003) and Virginia L. Knight Hart (1925-1995) who preceded him in death. He is survived by wife Carla Allen-Hart and daughters Nina and Madeleine.He was brother to the late Kris Ann Hart class of 1969 and to Pat Hart Hlatko class of 1973.
A private memorial service was held March 3, 2025 at Monroe Community Church in Grand Rapids. No obituary has been provided. Learned from newspaper articles (see below,) Dennis graduated Central Michigan University in 1971 before beginning his life's work of video production, including WJIM-TV6, his own company and multiple free-lance positions. His interests included the preservation of the Coopersville to Marne railroad (following his lifelong interest in railroading), and area arts/film festivals.
