Richard Edward "Dick" Netzloff - Class Of 1953

Richard Edward Dick Netzloff

Richard “Dick” Edward Netzloff, son of Adolph (1892 Russia – 1967) and Augustina “Tena” (1899 Poland – 1977) Netzloff, was born 8 November 1935, Michigan. Dick's father immigrated to American in 1910 and became a US citizen in 1929. Adolph's World War I draft registration stated he was a single man living in Dane County, Wisconsin. During the decade of 1920, Adolph married Tena and the couple moved to Michigan. Dick was born 8 November 1935 and was their only child. Adoph sadly was killed in an vehicular accident in 1967 and Tena died of injuries received in a farm accident in 1977. Both were interred Evergreen Cemetery, Lansing.

Dick graduated from Okemos High School in 1953. He married Miss Linda Darling, born 1941, in 1962 and they raised two children while successfully building and working a Hulett Road, Delta township, farm. Dick died 21 December 2015. Linda passed away in 2022. Both were interred Evergreen Cemetery, Lansing.
