Joseph Butcher, Brother, class of 1979

Graduated from MSU in 1980 with degree in Elementary Ed/Early Childhood. Married in 1987, taught in Houston Texas before moving to Muskegon to teach Early Kindergarten.
Retired from teaching in 2012 to care for my parents who were both afflicted with Parkinson’s Disease.
Active in the Parkinson’s Association of West Michigan.
Our family sponsors an annual fundraising golf event named in honor of my parents every year in Grand Rapids to support the PAWM.
I have one grandson, and one due in April 2022!
I’m living the Lake life now on beautiful Robinson Lake with my husband and our Springer Spaniel “Rosie”.
